Kutak Rock’s Philadelphia office is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 5+ years litigation experience.  This position will be within the Litigation Department’s Commercial Litigation group and will involve working on a robust and wide range of litigation, both in Philadelphia and throughout the country, which may include:

·     General commercial litigation

·     Securities litigation

·     Banking litigation

·     Shareholder disputes

·     White collar disputes

·     Regulatory matters with various state and federal regulatory departments.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Excellent research, writing, and communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The desire to take on substantive and lead roles in cases, including attendance at hearings, depositions and trial
