The Denver office of Kutak Rock LLP seeks an attorney with at least four years'  experience to join the structured finance group.  A strong background with structured finance and securitization transactions is preferred.  The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a strong academic background, excellent analytical ability and writing skills and will be able to demonstrate leadership and initiative and the ability to work effectively as a contributing member within a team of lawyers.  New York bar membership or eligibility is preferred but not required.  The candidate will work with a team of lawyers in a busy national taxable and tax-exempt structured finance practice, involving a wide range of asset classes, complex transaction structures and projects throughout the country.  The position would include significant interaction and communication with clients who include investment banks, issuers, servicers, administrators and investors.  The candidate would have a primary role in drafting transaction documents and negotiating transaction terms and documentation with opposing counsel and other transaction parties.  Relocation preferred but not required.  The position provides exceptional opportunity for practice area growth.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $230,000, commensurate with experience. Attorneys are eligible to participate in Kutak Rock's bonus program, subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
