LEGAL PRACTICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST II (IT TRAINER/HELP DESK)

Serve as the local representative of our national support team.  Demonstrate and maintain a service-minded attitude while providing training and support services to attorneys and staff across multiple offices using remote access tools.

Kutak Rock, a national leader in public finance, seeks associate and lateral of counsel or partner attorneys to join the tax group of the Firm’s national public finance practice. The ideal candidate will complement our ability to devise innovative strategies for the dynamic environment of tax-exempt financing, particularly for complex issues, as well as provide routine legal advice in a client-focused, cost-effective manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

The position may be located at any of the Firm’s offices. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in municipal finance or tax law generally, but the Firm is also accepting applications from recent law school and LL.M. in taxation graduates with a strong interest in public finance tax law (sometimes referred to as “103 tax” law after Section 103 of the Internal Revenue Code relating to tax-exempt bonds).
