The individual will support a variety of practices (including real estate, commercial litigation and public finance). Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Office 2013 is necessary. Excellent organizational skills, and a minimum of five years’ of litigation secretarial experience including experience with electronic filing in both state and federal court is required. POSITION SUMMARY:

Kutak Rock LLP's Denver office is seeking a corporate associate attorney for its Tax Credit Group.  Ideally, the candidate would have a minimum of 2 years prior law firm transactional experience.  Working knowledge of tax credit financing transactions is preferred but not a requirement.
